HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?
HAND PAINTED POTS: All ordered that include a hand painted pot will be  shipped within 2-4 weeks of the order being placed. 
HOMEWARES & ADDITIONAL ITEMS: If you have placed an order that does not include a hand painted pot then your order with be shipped within 24-76 hours of your order being placed.
 We do our best to complete all orders in a timely manner. Should there be any unforeseen delays we will be in touch. 
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Hand Painted Pots: Due to the nature of our hand painted pots, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
All other homewares: If you receive your products and you are not 100% satisfied, we accepted refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your products. Products must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind on any products after purchasing and prior to us shipping your item/s, please contact us immediately via email and we will do our best to make this change for you. Unfortunately this may not always be possible.
IS PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Yes! it sure is! We are located in Jordan Springs (Penrith, Sydney NSW) If you would like to collect your pot please select this option at checkout. We will then be in contact to arrange a date/time of pick up.
WHAT TYPE OF PAINT IS USED?
We use high quality paint brands such as Dulux, Taubmans, British Paints and Porters.  
WHAT ARE THE HAND PAINTED POTS MADE OF?
Our lightweight range are made from a mix of fibreglass and clay. Our Mini Planters are made of concrete.
ARE YOUR HAND PAINTED POTS SUITABLE FOR OUTDOORS?
Our lightweight range of pots are suitable for outdoors, however would be best kept under cover if possible. Metallic colours may dull or tarnish over time if left outside or in direct sunlight.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS/DESIGNS?
We love custom orders! If you have a design in mind or something you would like us to do please email us with your idea or a photo to honeyandivy_@outlook.com or send through a message on our social media platforms.
WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A COLOUR THAT I WANT?
If there is a particular colour that you are after that we don't stock, then let us know and we will do our best to purchase this colour for you. Please select a colour by either DULUX, TAUBMANS or BRITISH PAINTS colour range. This selection can be made either online or in your local bunnings store and simply send us the colour via email at honeyandivy_@outlook.com or a message on our social media platforms. Custom selected colours are at no extra charge to you in most cases, unless the particular colour is deemed far too unique for us to use again.
DO THE POTS HAVE DRAINAGE HOLES?
Majority of our pots comes with drainage holes. However check each product description individually to confirm.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Jordan Springs 2747 (Penrith, Sydney NSW). We work from our studio at home to create and pack all your beautiful pots.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, at this stage we only ship within Australia.
CAN I PLANT STRAIGHT INTO MY PAINTED HONEY & IVY POT?
This choice is completely up to you, it is safe to do so however we always suggest that you keep your plant in its nursery pot. This is safer for the plant and will keep your Honey & Ivy pot in the best possible condition.
